Hot tub and outdoor furniture retailer join forces and need to link as businesses
We met Ambient Spas and Your Leisure when they where in the middle of a merger between the two businesses – one offered hot tubs and the other indoor spas. We sat with them to discuss what we could do with their branding to link them together but to also keep the difference between the two companies.
A three year plan led to us futureproofing the website
The original plan for the website was just to have a Brochure style website that would be focused on pushing people to the Ambient Spa Showroom.
During our branding and website workshop that we ran with them, we realised that within a few years, they would be looking at selling some of the products online – although this wasn’t in the original plan, knowing this meant we changed the backend of the website so when the time came the shop could be added seamlessly.
Within 10 days of launching the website, the Ambient Spa team approached us and decided that they now wanted to sell online – if we hadn’t done the research before this would have caused an issue with the development of the site. However, due to our workshop session, the shop was ready to go live within a few weeks of them telling us their plans.
